Our goal is to deliver your selected products as quickly and safely as possible throughout Georgia and worldwide.

1. Shipping rates and delivery times:

Tbilisi: Delivery takes 1-2 business days. Cost: GEL 6.

Regional cities: Delivery takes 3 business days. Cost: GEL 10.

Villages and remote areas: Delivery takes 3-5 business days. Cost: GEL 13.

International shipping: Delivery times and rates depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

2. Order processing:

Orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are processed on the same day.

3. Wholesale orders:

Shipping terms and schedules for wholesale orders are arranged individually with the customer before the order is finalized. Please contact us by email: info@niashops.com.

4. Responsibility:

When placing an order, please ensure that you provide the correct address and contact number. Inaccurate information may delay delivery.

The courier will contact you before delivery. If the courier cannot reach you, the item will be returned to the warehouse and an additional fee will apply for redelivery.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@niashops.com.

All product prices displayed on the website are final and include all applicable taxes.

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
