6. Shipping and delivery

Tbilisi: Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days.

Regional cities: Delivery usually takes 3 business days.

Villages and remote areas: Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days.

International shipping: Delivery times and rates depend on the destination and are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the shipping date, not the order date.

We process orders during our working hours: 10:00 - 21:00.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms. We accept returns of items with manufacturing defects or damage, provided that the original tags remain attached. Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after approval.
